You have found the Xaxerean Pattern, a simple "minimum opus" with the power to change your life. Years of study have "boiled down" many systems of self-improvement to produce the Xaxerean Pattern. Click the table below to download a free .pdf copy of the worksheet with instructions.
Here's how to use it:
Print out a free worksheet by clicking the table above. Fill in the bottom part. If you don't have a journal, go get one that you like. Cut out a copy of the table from the top of your completed worksheet and attach it inside the front cover of your journal.
Each evening, study the Xaxerean Pattern carefully and make notes in your journal of any interesting experiences you had that day.
Consider what you would like to accomplish the following day. Write this down as well. Vividly imagine success in these accomplishments, then get some sleep.
When you wake up, review your notes from the previous night and write down any dreams of interest. Take action on the activities that you wrote down before you went to sleep. Fight for time to accomplish something leading towards your goals. If you do this daily, the improvement in your life will amaze you!
Review your journal at the end of each week, or whenever you become curious about your progress. Continue to do this until you die. That's it! This has been working quite well for me, or you wouldn't be reading this material. Spread the word and share the wealth. Make contact and let us know how you're doing. We shall see what happens.
Meaning, values, memory and symbols are artifacts of judging, perceiving minds. Without humanity, the world just is. A tree falling in a forest makes sound whether or not there is an available audience to hear the noise. If there is no one there to call it "noise", the falling of the tree remains unjudged and occurs without opinion. The universe does not have a human consciousness. It will not give us truths in a form we can recognize as being similar to our memories. Nothing inherently and irrefutably "means" anything. Meaning is a projection of the human mind and does not exist outside of it.
The undisturbed universe can be imaged as a series of bars of a unit length one, bound at all ends in a matrix of interlocked tetrahedra and octahedra. This is the definition of the "isotropic vector matrix" as coined by R. Buckminster Fuller, or the minimum universal energy state. Space has shape. Space also bounces like a spring between the extreme states of radiation (release) and gravitation (absorption). These forces directly oppose each other and can be intellectually visualized as vectors interacting to various degrees based on magnitude and proximity. Between the extreme poles of radiation and gravitation, manifestation and reproduction of structure are inevitable under the proper set of circumstances. "Particles" of matter develop as these energetic forces are trapped and spin rapidly, creating the temporary state of apparent solidity.
Universal expansion and collapse appear to be an inevitable cycle for all things. Energy compresses into matter, which in sufficient quantity further collapses in upon itself to a minimum volume as a "black hole", which may ultimately explode outward again in a highly energetic state. This is commonly known as a "Big Bang" in physics, as internal gravitation is finally overcome by repulsive forces when sufficient mass is crushed into a tiny volume. Our universe is one example, but it may not be unique.
It is possible that an undetermined number of what we call "universes" may be pulsing and collapsing away, occasionally exchanging energy and material, with each universe collapsing and then explosively regurgitating forth in an irradiative blast. Gravity is the only force known to universally attract mass.
Our universe is probably not alone. The measured outward acceleration of our universe can be explained by the gravitational force from other surrounding universes attracting the material that has been blasted outwards from our own initial "Big Bang". If this were not the case, our outward expansion would be slowing down, attracted by its own mass, rather than speeding up in its outward trajectory. Totality may come down to one big hiccup at a time, ceaselessly popping away like a deranged cosmic glass of champagne. Those of a religious nature might define this totality as "God", unless they are more inclined towards a pre-defined tribal deity.
Within each universe, should these speculations prove to be valid, the huge energies blasting forth from these cosmic explosions condense into matter through gravitational force, then form stars that bombard all nearby objects with fusion-powered radiation. This produces a local reversal of entropy by the laws of thermodynamics in the area affected by the solar radiation, creating gravitationally-trapped orbiting energy recipients that spontaneously form geometric structures with atomic precision (natural nanotechnology). With the correct blend of mass, materials, electromagnetically retained atmosphere, and distance from the sun, life may form naturally where all three phases of water co-exist on a single planet. Earth is one obvious example. These speculations are interesting, but essentially useless for daily existence.
Philosophers through history have attempted to explain manifestation by creating obscure layers of useless complexity and misdirection. They and their families are assured of continued sustenance so long as buyers show interest in these intellectual products. Popularity breeds wealth through association in such matters. Statistics may be rigged and experts can be purchased to support almost any stance for an appropriate price but unreal beliefs will always shift to other paradigms, often with bloody conflicts in the process.
Exchange of tangible objects for intangible rewards has a long and epic history; this is the nature of religions, guild memberships, and patriotic belief systems. We pay excessive attention to these things because we are tribal, inherently violent, and easily-influenced primates. Once we want certain things, whether naturally or as tempted by the machinations of others, factions of humans set to manifesting them by any possible means for suitable profit or expectation of gain. We do this because we want to be special. We wish to be surrounded by interesting and useful things with the least possible effort, while minimizing danger to the greatest extent. This is natural; it is part of what we are as humans even as it causes significant suffering. Those who seek deeper meaning in these matters are welcome to invent such fare. Enjoy!
